The committee met tonight and we have agreed to conduct our annual general meeting for 2019 as follows:
Date: Wednesday, 12th June
Time: 6.45pm for a 7pm start
Venue: Bentleigh RSL, 538 Centre Road, Bentleigh (meeting room, next to bistro, ground floor)
It is the responsibility of all club members to attend the Annual General Meeting.
The meeting cannot proceed unless there is a quorum of at least 20 members, as per the constitution.
The Mackie Cricket Club is moving forward with a new strategic plan that will see many new roles, including a new female section, increased veterans’ involvement, grants, fund-raising, sponsorship, information and communication.
Please look at the strategic plan to get a better insight into your area of interest.
