Mackie Cricket Club, situated in Mackie Rd East Bentleigh is seeking to fill the position of an experienced Senior Coach (playing or non playing for season 2022/23. The club has witnessed significant growth over the past 3 seasons, boasting 6 Senior teams, 1 Senior Womens & 13 juniors teams including 3 Girls sides. With the Senior mens 1st XI team competing in Woolnough Shield in the South East Cricket Association (SECA), the right applicant will possess the following attributes to lead the club back into Longmuir Shield. Remuneration will be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
• Minimum Level 1 Coaching Accreditation (Level 2 Preferred)
• Co-ordinate/run training sessions & game day duties
• Participate in individual skill sessions where required
• Attend some junior & ladies sessions
• Drive accountability and leadership among senior players.
• Represent the club professionally & drive success
• Work with Captains to select teams
• Help transition junior players entering our senior program
• Ability to build & maintain relationships throughout the entire Club
• Current WWCC
