The Mackie Cricket Club was founded in 1954 and has been located since season 1960-61 at the Mackie Road Reserve, 62A Mackie Road, Bentleigh East, Victoria, Australia.

Our vision is to provide elite facilities and coaching for senior and junior players – female and male; provide an inclusive, supportive and socially-friendly environment and culture for members and supporters to achieve success on and off the cricket field; and to strengthen our links with the community.

Vale Greg “Kighty” KightThe Mackie Cricket Club is saddened by the recent passing of Greg Kight, who passed away peacefully on August 27th, aged 67.Greg was a true Mackie person, giving so much to our club both on and off the field throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Greg played 157 games, made 3009 runs at an average of 22.29 with a highest score of 129, he also took 125 wickets at an average of 23.60 across his playing career. Greg played in our A Grade premiership in 1991/92 and captained our A Grade side for 4 seasons from 1985/86.His on-field honours included 90/91 Champion 2nds91/92 Bowling 2nds91/92 Champion 2nds95/96 Batting 5ths95/96 Champion 5thsOur deepest condolences go to Greg’s family, friends, and all who were privileged to know him.Rest easy, Kighty. ...
